Monterey Bay Parent and its affiliated publication earned multiple honors at the Parenting Media Association (PMA) 2025 annual conference in Chicago. The three-day conference was attended by Publisher Andrea Breznay and Sales Representative Jenna Keisling. The awards were presented on the final evening of the conference.
The annual competition, judged by faculty at the University of Missouri School of Journalism, recognizes excellence in editorial, design, and digital publishing among regional parenting media across the U.S. (parentmedia.org)
This year, Monterey Bay Parent and Monterey Bay Military Parent brought home six awards across multiple categories, including three Golds, two Silvers, and one Bronze.
In addition to the editorial and design awards, Monterey Bay Parent publisher, Andrea Breznay, received recognition as the outgoing Parenting Media Association president.
