Summer Fun and Camp Expo

The Monterey Bay Parent Magazine Summer Fun and Camp Expo is a one-day event held on March 29 for families to get information on goods and services available to them from throughout Monterey County.

We will be at Del Monte Center in Monterey from 10 am to 2 pm. Hundreds of families will attend this special event and you’ll have the unique opportunity to chat with parents one-on-one while children enjoy fun activities like arts & crafts.

Businesses and organizations of all kinds are welcome but we’re especially looking forward to welcoming summer camps and other summer activities. If you offer something for parents or children, this is your event!

If you’d like to participate, please fill out this form. You can either include payment information or request to be invoiced. Please note: your registration is not complete without payment in full.

In addition to regular booths, the following sponsorship opportunities are available:

1. NAME SPONSOR. $5,000 

Benefits include:

  • Sponsor will be added to event title 
  • Logo included on all promotional materials.
  • Double booth at entrance to event.
  • Thank you banner with logo at entrance to event. 
  • One sponsorship available.
  • Full page ad in April issue of Monterey Bay Parent Magazine advertising participation as sponsor of event.

2. EVENT SPONSOR. $1,500 

Benefits include:

  • Logo included on all promotional materials.
  • Booth at entrance to event.
  • Thank you banner with logo at entrance to event. 
  • Four sponsorships available.

3. GOODY BAG SPONSOR. $1,800 

Benefits include:

  • Logo included on reusable goody bag handed out to participants (limited to first 300).
  • Booth at entrance to event.
  • Thank you banner with logo at entrance to event. 

4. CRAFTS SPONSOR. $1,800 

Benefits include:

  • Logo included on all promotional materials.
  • Booth at event.
  • Included on sponsor banner at crafts area. 
  • One sponsorship available.
  • All supplies and manpower for crafts supplied by MBP.

5. POSTCARD SPONSOR. $2,300 

Benefits include:

  • Logo included on all promotional materials
  • Booth at event.
  • Included on sponsor banner at crafts area. 
  • You’ll have 2/3 of side one and 1/3 of side two on the postcard inserted into March issue for your promotional use.
  • One sponsorship available.

6. POSTCARD PARTICIPANT. $150 

Benefits include:

  • Small ad on postcard that is included in March print issues. Must have booth at event to participate.
