Each Monday a new story is released from Monterey County Free Libraries. Parents can dial-a-story for kids and get a break! Stories are available free of charge 24/7.

It's a new day for storytime in the pavilion at Earthbound Farm Stand. Each Monday at 10:30 am and at 11:00 am.
Paint & Draw at the Monterey Public Library
Join for an all ages beginner art workshop with Library & Museums Director Brian Edwards. All materials provided but you are also welcome to bring your own. Space is limited and registration is required. Held June 8, 12, July 6, 17.

Reading Buddies in Monterey
Teen buddies will read to their little buddy from ages 5-8. Sign up in the children's area for a 25-minute one-on-one reading time. Every Wednesday.
After School Gaming at Seaside Branch Library
Join us at the Seaside Library on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month for gaming. We will have Mario Kart, Smash Bros, FIFA, and more.

Paws to Read in Monterey
Spend some time reading to a certified therapy dog. Participants will sign up for 10 minute reading sessions to read a selection of their choice to a new furry friend. Great for Kindergarten and up.
Storytime Jamboree
