The Monterey Symphony has been offering free opportunities to introduce local children to the joy and wonder of classical music for over 50 years. During the 2017/18 school year, six 45-minute, student-oriented, full-orchestra Youth Concerts at Carmel’s beautiful Sunset Center will showcase the artistry of celebrated composers such as Tchaikovsky, Dvořák, Mozart, Mendelssohn and Brahms as well as the extraordinary talents of Monterey Symphony’s guest pianists.
