Know a newly licensed - or soon to be licensed - teen driver? Join us for a FREE "Start Smart" driving class, presented by the California Highway Patrol and sponsored by Capital Insurance Group.

This 2-hour course aims to educate teenage drivers (ages 15-19) on the responsibilities that come with driving. Completion of this class may even qualify teen drivers for a discount on their auto insurance.

Topics covered in this course include collision avoidance techniques and how elements such as excessive speed, DUI, and distracted driving contribute to accidents.

Parents and teens will leave the session armed with facts about the risks faced by teenage drivers and concrete steps to mitigate risks and drive responsibly.
