Eight weeks of compassionate listening and effective tools / strategies to navigate parenting our little ones 0-5 and school age kiddos 6-11yrs

Gain strategies. Topics covered will include understanding the brain and emotional regulation, the "why" of (mis)behavior, and tools to respond effectively, respectful ways to communicate that help gain cooperation around chores, routines, homework, sibling conflicts, etc.
