This program is FREE and open to anyone wishing to reduce stress reduce isolation during difficult times and improve heart health.
The class is a simple present moment meditation proven to reduce stress and promote well-being. Sit on a chair or yoga mat and learn mindfulness techniques to create healthy life patterns.
Location: Due to COVID-19, this class will be offered via ZOOM, a free application available on most smart phones and computers/tablets.
