SUMMARY:Beyond Words: When the Body Speaks
DESCRIPTION:What might you discover when you stop telling your body how to move and begin listening instead? \nBeyond Words: When the Body Speaks is a guided experience inspired by Authentic Movement\, a practice that invites you to turn inward and follow the impulses\, sensations\, and movements that arise from within. \nWith eyes closed or softly lowered\, you’ll be invited to move freely without choreography\, prescribed steps\, or any need for dance experience. You may stretch\, sway\, gesture\, become still\, or simply notice what your body wants to do. \nAs you move\, Aletia Giselle\, Dance/Movement Therapist\, will serve as the witness offering a quiet\, nonjudgmental presence while you remain connected to your own movement and inner experience. \nOur time together will include a gentle warm-up\, movement exploration\, creative reflection through art\, movement or writing\, and space for optional sharing and integration. \nCome curious. Move at your own pace. See what your body has to say.
