Nature Walk in Carmel Valley

Designed for those who enjoy the outdoors at a slower pace. Explore lower elevation trails that avoid steep hills. We’ll make brief stops to point out any interesting plants or wildlife that we encounter along the Carmel River and various trails at Garland Ranch and Palo Corona. Instructors: Mary Dainton and Cath Farrant, MPRPD Volunteer Naturalists. Ages 12-Adult. Garland Park Visitor Center, Carmel Valley. Elevation change: 20-80 ft. Distance: 3-4 miles.
