We are seeking an event coordinator to attend events to represent the magazine. You'll set up the table/booth with signage, magazines, and any giveaways we are giving for that event. Then you man the booth, chatting with people, signing them up for our mailing list, answering questions, etc.
- Contractor position, with occasional work as needed.
- Most events are on weekends, but an occasional evening event may be possible.
- Events are on the Monterey Peninsula and in Salinas.
- Must be outgoing, a self-starter, and professional in appearance.
- You need to be able to store a small box of supplies in your car or home for events.
- No teens, but a college student who lives at home year-round is welcome to apply.
- $18/hour. Paid via PayPal upon completion of the event, or you can choose to receive a check. You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year.
