
Marching bands, floats, community groups and, of course, Santa will be appearing all across the Monterey Bay at holiday parades.
November 27 • 7:00 pm. Holiday Parade of Lights. Let's kick off the Holiday Season by coming together as a community to enjoy the return of the Parade of Lights to Downtown Salinas.
December 1 • 6-8 pm. 20th Annual Parade of Lights. Pacific Grove's Holiday Parade of Lights will feature marching bands, holiday floats, dance teams, equestrian groups, and of course Santa Claus. This year's parade theme is "A Magical Holiday". The parade will take place in downtown Pacific Grove's Lighthouse Avenue. All are welcome to participate in the parade. MORE INFO
December 3 • 10 am-12 pm. Holiday Parade. The traditional holiday parade is the official kickoff for the winter holidays celebration. One never knows exactly what to expect at the Parade, but you can be sure to expect the whole community to show up and have a great time - and of course, at the end of the parade, sitting in an antique fire truck, the man of the hour is welcomed back to Downtown Santa Cruz. December 3 • 5:30 pm. Santa Cruz Lighted Boat Parade. The Parade in an annual event at the Santa Cruz Harbor where decorated boats circle the harbor shortly after sunset (5:30pm). This year's theme is Deck the Hulls. The parade takes place in the South Harbor between Murray Street bridge and the gas dock. Boats do not exit the harbor and generally do not travel as far as the light house. MORE INFO
